About the Role

We are seeking experienced OT Cyber Security Engineers to support mission-critical industrial and operational technology environments across multiple project sites. This role focuses on securing industrial control systems (ICS), deploying advanced cybersecurity practices, and supporting national-level infrastructure programs. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy travel and onsite system support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and architecture of secure OT networks in alignment with industry security standards.

  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments of OT/ICS environments, identify risk exposure, and guide mitigation and remediation strategies.

  • Assist in integrating secure OT infrastructure, including switches, servers, firewalls, virtual environments, and related technologies.

  • Perform forensic analysis on OT devices to support incident investigations.

  • Develop and deliver consultative OT security services such as:

    • Attack emulation & penetration testing

    • Threat hunting

    • Deception operations

  • Travel to project sites to support ICS networks, converged platforms, virtualization, and security technologies.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, including leading technical engagements.

  • Experience with OT network monitoring, data collection, and security assessment tools.

  • Strong technical background conducting OT security reviews and risk evaluations.

  • Working knowledge of industrial control protocols such as DNP, Modbus, SEL, IEC-61850 (serial & IP-based).

  • GICSP certification is required (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional).


Ideal Candidates May Also Have

  • Experience in incident response, digital forensics, or malware analysis within OT environments.

  • Background in utilities, energy, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure.

  • Experience with virtualization platforms, ICS firewalls, and converged OT/IT systems.
