What you'll do

  • Responsible for the professional development of team members, fostering a strong, positive culture within the team and engaging with the broader organization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting, supporting continuous airworthiness and operational safety.
  • Deliver conceptual answers through analysis of long-term data trends, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic improvements in reliability and operational performance.
  • Act as a conceptual thought leader, helping others understand the "why" behind data-driving questions and opportunities for review.
  • Develop high-level reports that are accurate and effective at providing strategic information for the business.
  • Establish and maintain reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into reliability metrics and trends.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across multiple workflows, leveraging data tools and best practices.
  • Manage multiple products, outputs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Prioritize work streams and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MOC, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align strategies and achieve shared goals.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, or a combination education and experience in the field
  • 4 years of experience in a leadership role in commercial aviation

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Masters of Business Administration or in Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to initiate and implement significant process or program improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a clear, conceptual story from data.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage major projects on schedule
  • Demonstrated skills in employee development
