• Capability to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.
• Experience in creating detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex Aegis FactoryLogix solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, manufacturing processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications, design documents, and integration strategies for FactoryLogix implementations.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation within the FactoryLogix ecosystem.
• Oversee and execute the full lifecycle implementation of Aegis FactoryLogix modules, including NPI, Production, Quality, Analytics, and Maintenance.
• Configure and customize FactoryLogix to meet specific manufacturing needs, including routings, BOMs, work instructions, quality plans, and data collection.
• Integrate FactoryLogix with other enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA) using various integration methods (APIs, databases, middleware).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, junior engineers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and train internal teams on Aegis FactoryLogix best practices, new features, and troubleshooting.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts for FactoryLogix related issues, providing advanced technical support.
• Develop and implement proactive monitoring and maintenance strategies for FactoryLogix systems.
• Analyze existing FactoryLogix implementations to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for FactoryLogix configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Establish and enforce best practices for FactoryLogix implementation, administration, and usage.
• Stay abreast of the latest FactoryLogix features, updates, and industry trends.
• Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support
• Lead training workshops for end-users and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations and IT to ensure seamless integration of the manufacturing systems with other enterprise applications.
• Explain and convince the customers about advantages of digital manufacturing solutions, bring more business and revenue to the organization.
• Lead or participate in RFP preparation for clients in diverse industry segments.
• Act as a POC of manufacturing team and participate in all relevant meetings\workshops with respective stakeholders.
• Experience with IoT, Industry 4.0 technologies, and cloud based manufacturing solutions.
