    Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)

    Duration: 2 Year Contract

    Pay rate: $33-40/hr
    • Priority #1: The candidate must possess strong foundation and knowledge of the SNOW platform with basic ServiceNow system administration: (list/form/navigation pane)
    • Proficient analysis skill and capability to identify downstream implications to identify process improvement and/or opportunities
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and responsible for the following:
      • Email (system templates)
      • Creating training/marketing materials
      • Own and Manage Teams Channel
        • CoE
        • UnITe
        • Release/Upgrade
      • Own and Manage Intranet Sites
        • DAISI
        • SharePoint
      • Contributes and reviews to project status reporting
      • Documents and maintains process and procedures
      • Documents and reports release/sprint schedule, frequency and contact information
    • Release Management Tracking (reporting/documentation)
    • Identifies improvement opportunities
    • Works closely with Core Platform team when upgrades occur, or new applications are put into production. Including the following:
      • Changes
      • Demands
      • System Upgrades and Patching
      • Global Process Changes
      • Catalog Items
      • Services
