Job Details

Role: Dynatrace developer
Location: Virginia ,VA - Hybrid 1 day to go onsite
Direct client
This is W2 role
Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 3 5 years dedicated to Dynatrace APM.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS/Managed platform.

  • Expertise in implementing Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, Smartscape, and Service Flow.

  • Proficiency in custom dashboarding, metrics, anomaly detection, and alerting.

  • Experience in integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and other observability tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic).

  • Strong understanding of microservices, containers (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and monitoring their services via Dynatrace.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell, etc.) for automation.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
