Job Description: Google Dialogflow Developer

We are looking for a Google Dialogflow Developer to design, build, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX/ES and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build chatbots and voice bots using Google Dialogflow.
• Design intents, entities, flows, pages, routes, and fulfillment logic.
• Integrate Dialogflow with APIs, CRM systems, websites, mobile apps, IVR, and messaging platforms.
• Develop webhook services using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Work with Google Cloud services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore, BigQuery, and APIs.
• Improve bot accuracy through training phrases, analytics, testing, and conversation logs.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and backend teams.
• Maintain documentation for bot design, integrations, and deployment.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX or ES.
• Strong understanding of NLP, intents, entities, contexts, flows, and fulfillment.
• Experience building webhooks and REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Programming experience in Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with chatbot testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contact center or IVR integrations.
• Knowledge of CCAI, telephony gateways, or Genesys/Avaya/Twilio.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment.
• Experience with multilingual bots.

Experience

• 3+ years in chatbot/conversational AI development.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with Dialogflow preferred.
