Summary

Senior Oracle Technical HCM & ERP Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Technical HCM & ERP Cloud Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in developing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance solutions, with a focus on Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support technical solutions across Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP applications.
Lead development of technical objects, integrations, reports, and customizations.
Work extensively with Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR modules.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI reports.
Configure and support AutoComplete Rules and other Oracle Cloud technical components.
Evaluate and support transition initiatives to Oracle Redwood UI.
Own project deliverables from design through deployment and production support.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM and ERP technical development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR.
Advanced experience with BIP, OTBI, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and AutoComplete Rules.
Proven experience supporting Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
Ability to manage multiple complex technical initiatives simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Oracle Redwood UI implementation or migration projects.
Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on Oracle Cloud implementations.
