Position Overview

SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist

Requirements:

  • Manage and streamline the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions, including but not limited to SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Pricing, and SAP Credit Management.
  • Perform system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot OTC-related issues, provide resolutions, and ensure minimal disruptions to daily operations.
  • Conduct end-user training and create documentation to support SAP OTC processes and functionalities.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize OTC processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, patches, and new technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
  • Participate in SAP projects and initiatives, providing expertise on OTC processes and system capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive customer and financial information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in SAP OTC are a plus.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in SAP OTC implementation, configuration, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, SAP Pricing, and SAP Credit Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead OTC-related initiatives.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific OTC requirements and best practices is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP OTC and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP MM) is an advantage.
