Inventory Consultant (Warehouse Operations)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Consultant to join our warehouse operations team. This role involves hands-on physical work, including shipping, screening, and moving parts, pallets, and various hardware components. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse and inventory management experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that supports technology hardware operations across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:
? Fulfillment of hardware incidents (60%) ? Pick, pack, and ship hardware components for repair or replacement.
? Inventory tracking and reconciliation (25%) ? Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and manage stock levels.
? Configuration and firmware updates (15%) ? Prepare and configure hardware before deployment.
? Support warranty processing and detailed inventory documentation.
? Communicate effectively with internal teams and site contacts to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
? Follow established warehouse processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
? Proven warehouse experience including material handling and inventory operations.
? Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
? Experience working with inventory management systems and related data tools.
? Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to build relationships across teams.
? Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
? Interest in learning about new and evolving technologies.
? Ability to lift and move pallets/packages weighing 25 lbs or more.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Associate?s or technical degree.
? Prior experience in a corporate or technology environment.
? Familiarity with ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint.
