Job Title: Material Planner Packaging & Finishing Supplies

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, either 7:00 3:30 PM or 8:00 4:30 PM

  • Location: Remote, or hybrid in Neenah, WI or Roswell, GA

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Material Planner to make sure our production teams always have the packaging and finishing supplies they need. This role supports products in the Premium Bath and Towels category and works closely with suppliers, production teams, and other departments to keep materials flowing smoothly.

AP or other ERP system experience is helpful, -if you are tech-savvy and good with data, we will train you.

This job can be remote, local, or hybrid in Neenah, WI or Roswell, GA.

What You Will Do

  • Make sure all packaging and finishing supplies are ordered on time to support production schedules

  • Keep planning information accurate in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse

  • Manage material changes and help reduce waste and obsolescence

  • Coordinate timelines with Marketing, Operations, Planning, and Packaging teams

  • Work directly with vendors to schedule deliveries and solve supply issues

  • Support projects that improve the supply chain or help the team meet its goals

What We're Looking For Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar
    (We will consider a high school diploma with strong experience in material planning)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communicator who can work well with different teams

  • Organized and able to analyze information to make good decisions

  • Comfortable working with data and technology

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system

  • Knowledge of how supply chain, production, and materials work together

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
