Job Details

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: Austin, Texas, 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite (Within 50-mile radius) Local to Austin Area Only
Interview Mode: Microsoft Teams

Note: Candidate must have experience in (Admin and Development)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a hands-on Salesforce System Administrator..
  • Set up new Salesforce Orgs from scratch, including configuration and security policies.
  • Perform data migrations, ensure data quality, and manage system integrations with 3rd-party applications and AppExchange products.
  • Support CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Flosum) for version control, deployments, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot complex system, production, and administrative issues.
  • Assist with Salesforce custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) as needed.
  • Implement and maintain authentication protocols (oAuth) for integrations.
  • Apply knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Maintain Agile (Scrum) practices, supporting iterative software development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for junior administrators or team members.
  • Ensure 24/7 system support readiness as required.

Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.

Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum.

Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.

Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.

Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
