Job Details
Position Overview: Skilled QA leader who will organize, facilitate and oversee QA activities for our SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation. The individual will be accountable for planning, coordinating and executing SIT and UAT, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, stable and business ready SAP environment. The ideal candidate must have had hands on experience leading SIT and UAT for SAP S/4HANA implementations in a larger enterprise setting and will bring proven expertise in test strategy, defect management, stakeholder facilitation and end-user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Planning
- Help improve our overall QA strategy, test plan, and execution roadmap for SIT and UAT phases of the SAP S/4HANA program.
- Ensure traceability from requirements ? test scenarios ? test cases ? results ? defect resolution.
- Establish entry/exit criteria, risk-based testing approaches, and quality gates.
Execution & Oversight
- Lead and coordinate SIT cycles, partnering with system integrators and functional/technical teams.
- Facilitate UAT planning, including scenario design, business tester onboarding, training, and test data preparation.
- Oversee test execution progress, defect triage, and resolution tracking across all workstreams.
- Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across end-to-end business processes, integrations, data migration, security, and reporting.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for program leadership, business process owners, and external vendors.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, defect triage meetings, and executive reporting.
- Provide status updates, dashboards, and metrics to program governance forums.
- Drive alignment between business teams, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure quality objectives are met.
Continuous Improvement
- Define and implement best practices for test management, defect prevention, and quality assurance governance.
- Recommend improvements to test automation, tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Support knowledge transfer and help build internal QA capability for ongoing support after go-live.
