POSITION OVERVIEW | |
The Network Engineer reports to the IT Infrastructure Engineering Supervisor. Working with a small team of network-focused colleagues and in collaboration with headquarters in Geneva, the Network Engineer ensures the integrity of the Company’s network infrastructure across five locations in the United States supporting 550+ users. | |

OUTCOMES | |
Ensures the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the infrastrucuture (network, servers, telecommunications services) and supporting information systems – 24x7x365. Follows the direction of the Company’s strategic technology initiatives to build and maintain key elements of the enterprise network infrastructure. Ensures the successful completion of assigned projects within goals and assigned problems/incidents are successfully resolved. Ensures the adherence to established performance metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements. Ensures the integrity of the overall network infrastructure strategy, architecture, and delivery processes and promote agility and operational continuity. Ensures the successful implementation of comprehensive disaster recovery architecture is maintained compliant with required RPOs and RTOs. Ensures the successful network infrastructure operations with the goal of maintaining system bandwidth utilization, resiliency, data integrity and data backup and recovery. Ensures the successful implementation of any change management, quality control and escalation process requirements across the infrastructure. Ensures that the end user can utilize the Company’s IT resources in the most efficient and effective way. Ensures that user’s issues are addressed promptly and professionally with minimum interruption to business processes. | |
