Role: PeopleSoft Analyst IV - Min 15+ years of experience
Onsite - Madison, WI
Onsite or Remote? Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. Hybrid role with 1 day onsite per month.

Experience Required:
o Experience working with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2.
o General understanding of underlying data structures and database tables supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2, Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2.
o Ability to demonstrate strong skills in writing SQL statements and creating and managing queries in PeopleSoft Query Manager.
o Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple PeopleSoft implementations along with support experience for complex PeopleSoft applications, processes and reports.
o Comprehensive knowledge of PeopleSoft technology framework (PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Fluid UI, Reporting Tools, Workflow, LifeCycle Tools)
o Experience with PeopleSoft Integration tools and integrating PeopleSoft applications with third
party applications using web services.
o Experience with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, PeopleSoft PUM Updates and PeopleTools Upgrades.
Responsibilities:
o Support PeopleSoft ERP system through application development efforts. This includes analysis, design, build, test, implementation and support of reports, interfaces and extensions.
o Ensure the Development Section process, standards and structures are implemented, adhered to and improved upon.
o Prepares detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and procedures within a technical design document
for existing and proposed PeopleSoft applications.
o Assists business analysts and users in defining a project or problem, feasibility of the project and provides estimates for a project or problem solution.
o Determines the effort involved in implementing new systems or enhancements to existing systems
due to changes in user requirements, legislative mandates, new software releases, changes in equipment configurations, etc.
o Suggests technical solutions to enhance business processing efficiency of existing and/or new processes.
o Demonstrates developed functionality to functional team prior to the implementation of new or revised technical systems and offers advice and guidance during the implementation process.
o Performs on-call or scheduled after-hours work as required.
o Trains and mentors State staff.
o Attends work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.
o Complies with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and standards of conduct.
o Communicates respectfully and works harmoniously with all co-workers, customers, and vendors.
o Provides exceptional customer service.
o Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
