Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an O&M Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Support and coordinate day-to-day operations in a 24x7 production environment
* Monitor interface jobs, batch processes, and system alerts to resolve issues quickly with minimal impact
* Analyze and troubleshoot real-time and batch interface failures; Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
* Participate in incident calls for high priority issues, document root cause and resolution steps
* Track and report system health, job performance, and SLA compliance via dashboards and reports
* Maintain operational documentation, including issue logs and maintenance procedures
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities (patching, deployments, upgrades)
* Support monitoring tools and alerting systems to detect and address performance anomalies
* Generate and validate operational and performance reports; assist with ad-hoc reporting needs
* Review incident and service desk metrics to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
* Collaborate with vendors, infrastructure teams, and application owners to resolve complex technical issues
* Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations using SDLC and Agile methodologies
* Communicate production issues, system changes, and maintenance windows to stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and organizational procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT
* 8+ years of IT experience with strong operations and data analysis background
* Experience creating requirements and technical specifications; Atrong SDLC knowledge
* Expertise in IT infrastructure, hosting standards, interface design, and data structures
* Skilled in SOAP Web Services, XML, sFTP protocols, and encryption; familiar with Unix/Linux
* Proficient in SQL and web service testing tools (e.g., SoapUI)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
