SAP FICO BA Contract Role

Job Description:

  • Analyze and Document Business Requirements, AS-IS Process, TO-BE process including process
  • flowcharts for Enhancements related existing processes.
  • Prepare project related documentation GAP analysis, blueprints, functional specifications, for
  • development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms
  • during different stages of a project.
  • Guide the business in utilizing SAP functionality to the best extent possible, and involves
  • review of business processes and system challenges.
  • Implement Intercompany sales order/accounting process in Buy-sell reporting
  • Accounting background and good process knowledge is highly preferred
  • Experience in SAP Tax Technology and OneSource Tax Engine
  • Prefer to have worked on S4 Group/Consolidation Reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of strong SAP ECC 6.0/S4 FICO design and configuration expertise
  • Good Knowledge in SAP FICO to test OTC & P2P scenarios while managing the tax requirements
  • Must have a strong understanding of financial accounting transactions, financial accounting closing process, reporting including balance sheet and P&L.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple currency reporting and revaluation
  • Have worked on EMEA specific local GAAP reporting requirements
  • Good knowledge in Cross company/Intercompany accounting and reporting
  • Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and support User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience in FI integration touch points with other SAP modules like CO, SD, MM and RAR and knowledge of FI, GL, A/R, AP & Tax
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of the work in a fast-paced environment and accepting pressure at times from business
  • Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in finance and Accounting or Information Systems with focus of Business Analysis
  • Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Capability to work independently, collaborate with business and cross-functional teams within the organization
