Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to support a long-term contract position based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves contributing to the integration of advanced tools into existing systems while ensuring operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative mindset and a strong foundation in CRM systems, data integrations, and product management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
Assist in testing processes to ensure smooth functionality and high-quality system performance.
Participate in the integration of new tools into Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enhance data management capabilities.
Work closely with the implementation lead to define team responsibilities and project goals.
Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Provide ongoing support to maintain system operations unrelated to the integration project.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the new systems and assist in implementation strategies.
Identify and resolve any issues during the integration process.
Assist in managing large data models and cloud integrations effectively.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in ERP/CRM consulting or related roles.
Proficiency in creating and managing user stories for system development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and cloud integrations.
Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
Strong understanding of data management and integration processes.
Ability to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Exposure to Salesforce CRM is considered a plus.
