Job Details

We are looking for Security Engineers to create new security technologies and make changes to existing applications and programs. Requirements
  • Knowledge of different security threat models
  • Experience with taking TCP dump and analyzing the packets in Wireshark and identifying threats
  • Different protocol knowledge (HTTPS, FTP, etc.) and the difference between one-way and two-way SSL
  • Good knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates
  • Good knowledge of Hashing, Encoding, Encryption, and Signing
  • Good knowledge of Website and mobile app security
Responsibilities
  • Streamline code and coding practices to encourage a security-first mindset.
  • Establish strong collaboration with product development teams to ensure new features, services, and updates to products are developed securely.
  • Lead architecture security reviews and threat models, represent and promote security, privacy and accessibility in designs.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for secure development. Participate in code reviews to evaluate and advise upon security risks and improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams to promote security awareness and provide training and good coding practices.
  • Supports operational security including security incidents, reviews, and reporting.
  • Contribute to establish and consistent security improvements.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years' experience coding, design and debugging using programming languages, but not limited to Java, JavaScript, Python, node.js and React. Demonstrated experience with containers, and distributed systems engineering.3+ years of demonstrated experience doing security reviews and threat assessments (i.e., risk security assessments, threat models, secure development, etc.).
