Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Implement business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, and Flow.
- Configure and extend Health Cloud data models for care plans, patient timelines, provider relationships, and utilization management.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal Medica systems (EHR, claims, member management) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with solution architects, admins, and data teams to ensure alignment with overall CRM strategy.
- Maintain and optimize Health Cloud data security, access, and HIPAA compliance.
- Participate in code reviews, release management, and DevOps workflows (Git, CI/CD).
- Support user story refinement, technical design sessions, and UAT.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of recent hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
- Experience building integrations with REST APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, PHI handling).
- Proven ability to design scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
- Salesforce Health Cloud certification strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with payer/provider workflows or population health management.
- Prior experience with Medica or other regional healthcare organizations is a plus.

- Collaborative mindset and experience working in Agile or hybrid teams.
