Job Details

  • Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for patients in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, while ensuring smooth administrative and clerical support related to patient care.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19
    • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in:
      • Outpatient clinic or medical office setting
      • Call center environment
    • Knowledge of medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of recent experience as a Patient Service Representative
    • Experience with patient check-in procedures
    • Proficiency with Epic systems
