Job Details
JD:
> Expertise in Mainframe Application Batch, database components, and scheduling tool knowledge.
> Collaborate with the Applications, Infrastructure teams, and Cloud strategy architect to decommission the Application component for Mainframe Sunset.
> Develop and execute a detailed plan for decommissioning the mainframe application footprint with the Infrastructure team.
> Coordinate with stakeholders to identify all dependencies and ensure that no critical processes are disrupted.
> Assess and mitigate risks associated with the decommissioning process.
> Validate the completeness and accuracy of the migrated data.
> Develop backup and recovery strategies for the mainframe environment to ensure all components are accounted for before decommissioning
