Job Description:

Purpose: Serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted liaison between CEI and its high-value clients driving long-term partnerships, revenue growth. Managing high-value corporate or institutional clients while coordinating integration of technology, services, and solutions across PNC s lines of business. Based in Pittsburgh, this role combines relationship management with operational execution, ensuring full client satisfaction and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Relationship Management

Serve as trusted advisor to assigned clients, deeply understanding their financial goals and aligning PNC s product suite to meet them.

Own a book of business, nurturing retention, satisfaction, and expansion.

Integration Oversight & Delivery

Lead coordination between PNC business units like Private Bank, Corporate & Institutional Banking and clients to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions (e.g., payments, treasury, lending, digital platforms).

Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage implementations, integrations, and change management workflows.

Client Engagement & Expansion

Discover and act on new expansion opportunities within existing relationships; drive strategic growth.

Ensure proactive communication and follow-through, optimizing client advocacy and satisfaction.

Risk & Quality Assurance

Collaborate with risk and compliance partners to identify and mitigate risks related to product deployment and client operations. Ensure service delivery aligns with internal frameworks and fee structures.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Track success via KPIs such as client satisfaction scores, retention, NPS, project delivery metrics, and business growth.

Provide leadership with clear reports and strategic insights.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 8+ years in financial services client management, relationship strategy, or consulting.

Track record with institutional or high-net-worth clients.

Experience coordinating integration across technology, operations, and business functions.

Skills

Strong strategic and consultative communication.

Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and risk awareness.

Ability to influence across organizational lines and deliver on complex initiatives.
