Job description

Role: DAM Analyst

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years working with industry-leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) software.

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business teams and IS&T, translating business needs into effective DAM solutions.

This role involves requirement gathering, feature adoption, training creation, and continuous improvement of the DAM platform to maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize 5+ years of experience with leading DAM software to meet business needs effectively.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data models and vocabularies, working closely with IS&T to develop workable solutions.

Clarify and translate business requirements into unambiguous features and functionalities.

Review existing DAM features, proactively guiding business adoption to enhance value.

Develop creative training materials (videos, slide decks, etc.) and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Facilitate Office Hours to provide educational sessions on specific DAM features for business users.

Identify opportunities for DAM platform improvements and collaborate with IS&T for implementation.

Produce demo videos showcasing new features and updates within the DAM system.

Create and maintain comprehensive user guides for the application and new releases.

Provide ongoing support to business teams to ensure smooth operation and adoption of the DAM platform.
