Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee critical technology initiatives and manage projects within regulated environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of new technology systems, including manufacturing execution systems, quality management systems and ERP systems moving from paper-based processes to digital solutions.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful execution of technology projects.
Lead change management efforts to support organizational transitions and adoption of new systems.
Ensure compliance with quality validation systems and regulatory standards in regulated industries such as medical devices and aviation.
Facilitate documentation testing and approval processes to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with executive teams, maintaining a detail-oriented approach and fostering strong communication.
Drive project progress in fast-paced environments while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide leadership in Agile Scrum practices and project management methodologies.
Maintain high standards of corporate presence and conduct in all interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in project management within regulated industries, such as medical devices or aviation.
Strong understanding of quality validation systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications.
Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence to interact effectively with senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
