Job Details

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and execute comprehensive test cases for EV Charging Stations.

  • Perform first-pass analysis of test results to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Apply knowledge of international standards and regional requirements (e.g., UL, IEC, NEC) to product validation.

  • Translate complex customer needs and market requirements into technical specifications.

  • Work independently in a lean, hands-on lab environment to test hardware and systems.

  • Understand geographical market constraints, customer applications, and competitor products.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Mid-Level Experience: Proven track record in electrical verification and test engineering.

  • EV Charging Expertise: Direct knowledge and experience with testing Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations is a core requirement.

  • "Tinkerer" Mindset: A hands-on, problem/solution-driven approach to engineering.

  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

  • Technical Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing test data and drawing clear conclusions.

  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with applying international electrical and safety standards to testing.

Highly Desirable Skills (Pluses)

  • Hands-on experience with electrical products and systems such as:

    • Boiler plates

    • Electrical grids

    • Power systems (distribution, conversion, management)

    • Local energy storage (e.g., batteries, BMS)
