Role Summary
The Systems Support Analyst provides day-to-day support for CTMS, eTMF, Site Connector, and QMS users, primarily in North America. This role ensures timely issue resolution, guidance during releases, and hands-on troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line and second-line support for user issues.
Reproduce, document, and escalate defects to the global admin/BA team or IT stakeholders.
Support release readiness testing and validation cycles.
Monitor daily system operations, including connector performance.
Assist with training coordination and production of job aids.
Maintain dashboards or logs for support metrics and recurring issue analysis.
Desired Experience & Skills
2 5 years of system support experience (Veeva preferred).
Understanding of clinical/quality processes supporting CTMS or eTMF usage.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Veeva Support).
