Responsibilities:
The on-site resources will work towards the completion of the following tasks:
Cybersecurity Posture Improvement
Policy and Standards Compliance
Staff Augmentation and Policy Development
Evolution of Cybersecurity Program
Risk-Based Compliance and Remediation
Policy Enforcement and Automation
GRC Tool Implementation
Review Firewall policies
Review Firewall interface configurations
Review Firewall Zones
Document and Diagram

Minimum Requirement:
Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years of enterprise experience; multiple industry and/or vendor certifications.
Functional Responsibility: Design and implementation of specialized solutions, particularly security or data center technologies.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science.
Other education and/or experience can be substituted.
Security SME/Technical Specialist in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Identifying relevant County's Cybersecurity Laws and Regulations
Creating, Updating Cybersecurity Policy and Standards based on NIST framework
Defining Risk-Based Compliance Audit process against established Cybersecurity Policies and Standards.
Establishment of Cybersecurity Risk Tracking, Risk Mitigation, and Risk exception processes.
