The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technology solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to translate functional needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and define architecture blueprints.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Evaluate technology options and recommend the best-fit solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Define non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and availability.
- Ensure architectural integrity and alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Review and guide development teams on design and implementation approaches.
- Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and design artifacts.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, RFP responses, and technical presentations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software design and development, with at least 3+ years in an architecture or design role.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered architecture, etc.).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with API design, integration, and enterprise middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance technical vision with business priorities.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide development teams.
