Job Description
We have partnered with our client in their search for a manager to lead the planning for the overall testing effort including impact analysis and estimation, sourcing, resource management, innovation and automation strategy; serving as the supplier relationship manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of testing service delivery including planning, reporting, resource management, continuous improvement
- Interface with business to gather requirements and verify their test ability
- For new demand, lead impact analysis and estimation to identify the application product line affected, testing services required, testing needed and effort to be budgeted
- Manage the supplier relationship and operational performance including vendor on-boarding
- Manage the overall testing infrastructure including test data and test environments
- Manage a team of Quality Assurance professionals to ensure delivery excellence for the product line
- Ensure testing resources have the right skills and competencies for the testing effort
Skills Required
- ISEB System Testing Foundation Certification or similar
- Experience leading API and mobile apps testing teams
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
