Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
- The Application System Analyst II serves as a liaison between system end users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications in a timely and high-quality manner.
- They provide application support and optimization while collaborating with the Service Desk to address service requests.
- The analyst must be able to evaluate business issues, requirements, and workflows and apply application knowledge to meet operational needs.
- Responsibilities include participating in analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation of medium- to high-complexity application activities.
- The role requires healthcare domain knowledge and systems expertise to manage implementation with minimal guidance.
- The associate should be self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills and capable of working effectively in team environments.
- Ability to present complex data in meaningful formats such as charts and graphs.
- Ability to adjust to and implement change.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- 3+ years of experience.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
- Ability to solve moderate incidents without direction.
- Ability to develop new functionality for requests with minimal direction.
- Experience working in team settings and assisting junior team members.
- Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise.
- Ability to make decisions regarding routine work with minimal supervision.
- Independent judgment with analysis of variable factors.
- Collaboration with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions.
- Mentoring or training experience for team members in similar functional areas.
- Epic Analysts: Certification in Epic Hospital Billing module.
- Associate or Bachelor s degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems.
