Technology Lead (San Diego, CA): Leverage knowledge of Domain, Technology and Verizon legacy systems to provide technical leadership on WBN suite of projects and to drive the project deliverables from Onshore and provide support to key stakeholders and transform the business-critical systems to be cloud ready. Provide high level design, implement multiple POCs and competitive analysis of various tools/ frameworks and draw architectural road map of the platform. Drive the development towards Microservices architecture, where each Microservices is responsible for one or more closely related functions. Drive POC development for any new features for the clients before updating. Define and execute Software Product Development Strategy. Define series of steps that includes conceptualization, design, development of the product. Support creation of a rapid prototype for a product concept that has been determined to have business relevance and value. Perform Feasibility Analysis and integrate the results in product technical design. Develop & monitor optimized high quality deliverables, perform reviews in order to meet the defined quality SLAs. Evaluate and Review Design Frameworks and Methodologies and approve design to achieve functional and non-functional requirements and conformance to the architecture. Ensure all NFRs are properly addressed implemented and released along with functional requirements in each release. Req: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field plus 5 years of experience in similar duties/technical capabilities using Spring Boot, Oracle, Linux, AWS, Jenkins, DevOps, Jira, Gitlab, Splunk, Kafka. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Relocation benefits offered. No telecommuting. $156,000/year.
