Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS)
Location: Fremont, CA / San Ramon, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months
Role Summary:
Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant responsible for solutioning, configuration, validation, and business stakeholder alignment across specific planning areas (Opex / Workforce / Revenue / COGS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Adaptive Planning models for assigned planning areas
- Conduct requirement workshops, support discovery-to-deployment lifecycle
- Manage hierarchies, dimensions, versions, account structures
- Validate data loads and source mapping (Azure, BPC/Excel)
- Support sandbox testing, UAT, and business signoffs
- Ensure proper versioning, cloning, and phase-aligned planning activities
Must Have Skills:
- 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning (specific area: Opex / Revenue / COGS / Workforce)
- Prior experience with L3 model configurations
- Experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation
Proficiency with Adaptive modeling, matrix reports, Office Connect
