Job Description

Talent Groups is seeking a strategic and detail oriented Senior Business Analyst to support a hospitality and gaming client implementing a new Room Booking Engine RBE. This position is ideal for a senior level analyst who excels at the intersection of technical systems, API integrations, and feature enhancements.

You will work closely with developers, UX, product partners, and a broad group of stakeholders across revenue management, marketing, brand, and IT. You will act as the liaison who translates business objectives into clear technical execution and helps deliver a best in class digital booking experience.

What You Bring

  • Five plus years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role on digital teams
    Strong proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
    Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
    Experience using Jira, Confluence, Loop, Figma, Azure DevOps or similar tools
    Hands on experience with booking engines and CRS platforms
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with analytics or web tools such as GA4 and Storybook
