Job Description

You will perform classified cybersecurity duties supporting multiple programs and must have a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Development and implementation of System Security Plans (SSP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), information security policies and required bodies of evidence, as necessary, to ensure compliance with RMF guidelines.
Acting as a liaison with government agency representatives, such as the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Information System Security Professionals (ISSP), Advanced / Special Program Security Control Assessors (SCA), and other external /internal customers, including, but not limited to, counterintelligence and Information Technology (IT) professionals.
Ensuring the development and implementation of an effective information system security education, training, and awareness program (SETA).
Overseeing the compliance of security settings for operating systems, to include Windows, Unix/Linux, etc. on classified information systems under their purview.
Ensuring proper measures are taken when an information system incident or vulnerability is discovered.
Managing and executing the information security continuous monitoring program.
Ensuring configuration management policies and procedures for authorizing the use of hardware / software on an information system are followed and assess changes to the system, its environment, and operational needs that could affect the security authorization.
Maintaining required information security certifications (e.g. Sec+, CISSP, etc).
Safeguarding and accounting for classified and unclassified COMSEC Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCIs)
Disseminate, inventory, and destroy COMSEC keying material
Maintain COMSEC records
Perform courier duties, and comply with all NSA and Customer specific required security procedure

Basic Qualifications

Current Secret clearance required
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
Information Systems auditing experience
Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements
Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools

Desired skills

Prior experience as an ISSO or IS auditor
Demonstrated technical experience for Windows, Networking, and/or UNIX-based operating systems
Experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation
Experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as the STIG Viewer, SCC Tool, ESTIG, and Splunk
General knowledge regarding COMSEC/KMI requirements, specifically but not limited to knowledge of proper destruction procedures of classified COMSEC
Knowledge of procedures for hand-carrying of classified information
Knowledge of cleared contractor operations: computer, physical, technical and personnel security requirements
Proficiency with any of the following: Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and/or Distributed InfoSec Accounting System (DIAS)
Hands-on experience with a traditional and customer COMSEC account

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $76,500 - $134,895. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $88,000 - $152,490. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
