Job Details

This is professional, technical, and analytical work researching, analyzing, designing, programming, configuring, testing, and deploying applications such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle APEX, Oracle Work and Asset Management Cloud (WACS) and Boomi (with UKG) to meet management information requirements. Work involves considerable consultation with users concerning new or existing business requirements and information processing needs. Work includes researching and analyzing business system workflow, operations, and work products; developing, configuring, testing, and implementing or modifying business system software to meet those requirements; and programming in one or more programming languages such as PL/SQL, JAVA, XML and Boomi.

Salary: $89,349 - $142,690 DOQ

Minimum Qualifications. Applicants must:

  • Have a valid Bachelor's degree.
  • Have two (2) or more years of experience in full-time support, preferably in a government environment, of Oracle systems.
  • Have experience with Groovy development tools.
  • Have experience in Ad-Hoc Reporting.
  • Have experience in ETL interfaces, REST and SOAP.
  • Have experience with utility and linear asset data.
  • Have experience using Oracle Forms and Reports, JAVA, XML and PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder.
  • Be able to plan, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
  • Be able to work under stressful conditions and persevere on long work projects of a technical and complex nature.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.

Desirable Qualifications. Preferred applicants:

  • Have general knowledge of Unix/Solaris commands and shell scripts.
  • Are able to lead others and work with employees in teams.
