Mainframe Developer with 15+ years of experience in COBOL, DB2, IMS, and CICS to lead enterprise application development and modernization projects in Austin, TX.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record in designing, coding, and maintaining mission-critical mainframe applications while mentoring development teams and driving continuous improvement.

- Experience with CA-7 / ESP, ENDEVOR / CHANGEMAN, and REXX scripting.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
