Position Overview

SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) / Order-to-Invoice (OTI) Specialist

Requirements:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and management of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Order-to-Invoice (OTI) processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance SAP solutions, including SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Pricing, SAP Credit Management, and related modules.
  • Conduct system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to align with business requirements while adhering to best practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to OTC and OTI processes, minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to promote effective utilization of SAP OTC/OTI functionalities.
  • Continuously assess and optimize OTC and OTI processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on SAP updates, patches, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for system improvements and innovations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and SAP support teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in SAP projects and initiatives, offering subject matter expertise in OTC and OTI processes.
  • Maintain data security and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive customer and financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in SAP OTC/OTI are advantageous.
  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in SAP OTC/OTI implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Profound knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, SAP Pricing, SAP Credit Management, and relevant SAP modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully leading OTC/OTI initiatives.
  • Understanding of industry-specific OTC and OTI requirements and best practices is advantageous.
