About the Role
We are seeking a MuleSoft Lead Developer / Integration Architect to drive end-to-end API and integration development initiatives on the Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define best practices, and lead a small team in delivering scalable and secure integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement API-led integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Architect and develop RESTful APIs leveraging RAML, DataWeave, and Mule 4.
Define MuleSoft best practices, design patterns, and reusable templates for integration development.
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to platform governance.
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.).
Implement API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and TLS.
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to optimize platform performance.
Contribute to Mule runtime tuning, monitoring, and deployment automation.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration architecture.
Strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform architecture and API-led connectivity.
Expertise in API design (RAML / RESTful), DataWeave, and Mule 4.
Proficiency in integration patterns, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for MuleSoft deployments.
Knowledge of API security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and TLS.
Nice-to-Have Skills
MuleSoft certification (MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect).
Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or Azure/AWS integrations.
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic, or Anypoint Monitoring.
Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to mentor junior developers.
