Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States. The role involves using a variety of skills including Power BI, SQL Code, and Excel Formulas.

Responsibilities:

Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide innovative solutions and improve business processes.
Utilize Excel Formulas to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
Draw on your knowledge of SQL Code to manage and manipulate databases.
Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Maintain and update client records within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support where necessary.
Monitor and manage customer accounts within the system.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all operations.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Handle customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
Proficiency in Excel Formulas is essential
Comfortable with using Power BI for data visualization
Demonstrable experience in writing and implementing SQL Code
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its functionalities
Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications
Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
