Remote role based in Houston, TX
Seeking a Training Analyst to support the enterprise-wide transition from Workday HCM to Oracle NetSuite. This role is critical in ensuring staff are equipped to adopt and effectively use the new system. The analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to Oracle NetSuite functionality, with a focus on change management, user readiness, and long-term adoption.
Looking for someone who is assisting with application, go-live and rollout and helping employees understand how to implement the new system. This profile is with Epic, not Oracle but good idea what the person does we just need to find it with Oracle.

Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting ERP system implementations, ideally involving Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.
- Strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, user-friendly training content.
- Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
- Familiarity with change management principles and user adoption strategies.
