Day in the Life of an Aerospace Logistics Engineer
We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell.
As an Aerospace Logistics Engineer at Bell, outstanding customer service will be your top priority. In this role you can expect to coordinate the release and distribution of new and updated technical publications to our global fleet of aircraft operators. In addition, you will interface with customers directly to solve any issues they may have with our maintenance documentation.
You will also support new ship sales by developing recommended parts lists to ensure our newest operators can effectively, and cost efficiently, maintain their aircraft.
What You Will Need to be Successful
A bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Business Administration is required
0-2 years of relevant experience
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, products, or systems as required to meet customer needs
A commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs in a positive manner
What Will Make You Stand Out
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Exposure to CRM systems, such as Salesforce
Basic understanding of relational databases
