Role: Teamcenter Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a Teamcenter Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will align engineering, manufacturing, and ERP systems to enable seamless digital continuity across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Define and implement integration strategies with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Drive PLM governance, standards, and roadmap execution.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, and data migrations (cloud or hybrid).
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize ECN and BOM processes.
• Mentor PLM teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years overall in Siemens Teamcenter, with 5+ years in solution design/architecture.
• Expertise in PDM, BOM, Change Management, and Document Management modules.
• Proven integration experience with SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of PLM workflows, data models, and access control.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) preferred.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering or related field.
• Siemens Teamcenter certification (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial machinery, or aerospace domains.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across global teams.
