Position: CAPPS Change Management Manager / Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Exp: Minimum 14-15+ Years as Change Management Manager
Location: Huntsville, TX 77340.
HYBRID Mode: 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote
Job Details :
Our clients requires the services of a Change Management Manager-3 for Organizational Change Management (OCM) to provide support for the CAPPS program, which includes implementing the financial and human resources components.
The core duties include leading change management across the CAPPS program; measuring change readiness and long-term sustainability; supporting system, business process, and role-based training using a train-the-trainer model; and providing support in identifying department policies and procedures that require modification.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team, using collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Must be able to work off-hours at different phases of the project.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (minimum of four tools).
Minimum Requirements:
- Organizational change management role
- Organizational change management lead role
- Organizational change management role supporting information technology modernization projects involving financial and/or human resources systems
- Supporting system, business process, and role-based training using a train-the-trainer model
- Government at the state or federal level
- Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- Texas CAPPS project implementation
- Developing basic test scenarios
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must possess the following:
Bachelor's degree
Prefer that the applicant possess the following:
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- In-depth knowledge of training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, and behavioral change
- Ability to manage organizational change activities; establish goals and objectives; analyze change management information and develop plans to address identified issues; identify change management risks and gaps; manage multiple work streams; and communicate and train effectively
