    Job Details:

    Title: Administrative Assistant

    Location: Tulsa, OK

    Duration: 3+ months



    Roles & Responsibilities:

    *) Responsible for answering and monitoring dedicated Adjunct Faculty Helpdesk phone and email from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    *) Handles all requests received via the Adjunct email. Provide exceptional customer service to callers by supplying assistance or transferring calls for problem resolution. Provides support related to the OSU EDI Clearinghouse.

    *) Assists with the maintenance of user records and workflows. Monitors claims coming into the Clearinghouse in an Error status; researches and communicates with clinics to resolve.

    *) Maintain database records related to the OSU Adjunct Enhanced participating provider network.

    *) Assists with reporting on data within the OSU EDI Clearinghouse as it relates to Dashboard and Claim List trending. Reconcile weekly deposits and payments against EFT files.

    *) Prepares and organizes various clinic utilization, financial and third-party liability (TPL) clinic reports for distribution via FTP.

    *) Ability to research a variety of issues and present viable solutions. Other projects/duties as assigned


    Minimum Qualification:

    *) Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

    *) Three (3) years work related experience working in healthcare or financial business operations.

    *) At least 3 years experience in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Access (intermediate to advanced level) and Word.


    Preferred Qualification:

    *) Business/Accounting/Finance/MIS

    *) Five (5) years work related experience working in healthcare business operations.

    *) At least five (5) years experience in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Access (intermediate to advanced level) and Word.

    *) Experience in reconciliation of revenue and expense accounts is a plus.
