Job Title: Sr. Python Developer

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 4 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and data-driven solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience working with modern Python frameworks, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Work with databases and data processing pipelines
- Collaborate with frontend developers, data engineers, and product teams
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Create technical documentation for developed modules
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience with Git and version control practices
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest)
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and coding standards
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
- Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working on data analytics or ML projects
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, JS, React) is a plus
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
