This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC lathes and milling machines, contributing to various sectors such as steel, aluminum, and paper. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation and setup of CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring they meet precise operational standards.
  • Conduct test runs and performance evaluations to verify machine accuracy and output.
  • Train operators and maintenance staff on machine operations and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing and resolving their concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine capabilities and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with at least one of the following CNC control brands: Siemens, FANUC, Heidenhain.
  • Proficiency in writing and interpreting G-code and M-code for precise machine operations.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software used to design parts and generate CNC programs.
  • Strong understanding of the mechanical components of CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • Knowledge of mechanical principles such as alignment, tolerances, and backlash.
  • Understanding of CNC machine electrical systems, including motors, drives, sensors, and control panels.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues within CNC systems.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.
