Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Platform Project Manager to lead end-to-end project management activities for IT platform rollouts. The ideal candidate will coordinate across IT, operations, business, and support teams to ensure timely delivery, risk management, and proper project governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT platform projects from initiation through delivery to closure

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

  • Identify and resolve blockers by collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Proactively manage risks, create mitigation strategies, and maintain risk logs

  • Prepare and deliver concise project updates and status reports

  • Facilitate stand-ups, steering committees, and checkpoint meetings

  • Ensure governance and documentation standards are followed

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 10 years of IT project management experience

  • Excellent English communication; comfortable with EMEA/NA teams

  • Hands-on experience with Jira (requirements & test management)

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Ability to work across Europe and US time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IT platform implementations or rollouts

  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience reporting to management in complex organizational environments

  • Strong understanding of risk and issue management practices

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus

Post-Onboarding Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of project deliverables

  • Provide onboarding and status updates

  • Track risks, issues, and project progress

  • Coordinate with CPs, TAs, and cross-functional teams
