Job Description

Job Summary

JPMorganChase Digital is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our CRM capabilities and advisor platform experiences. This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes, translating advisor and client needs into scalable platform capabilities that improve advisor productivity, client engagement, and operating efficiency. The VP Product Manager will also explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities - including generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics - into CRM and advisor platform experiences to enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes. The VP Product Manager will drive cross-functional alignment across Technology, Design, Data, Operations, and Control Partners to deliver measurable business impact while meeting governance, risk, and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate combines strong product craft with domain depth in CRM and advisor workflows within a highly controlled financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM and advisor platform capabilities, including vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with advisor-facing stakeholders to define target user journeys and workflows, translating pain points into product requirements that improve adoption, retention, and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Architecture, UX/Design, and Data/Analytics, establishing clear accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and operational readiness.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI/ML - including generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation - within CRM and advisor workflows, partnering with Data Science and AI/ML teams to define use cases, validate feasibility, and deliver AI-powered product experiences.
  • Define and maintain product artifacts and operating rhythms, including multi-quarter roadmaps, epics/features, success metrics, dependency management, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Drive governance and risk partnership across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Controls, Privacy, and Cybersecurity to ensure products are designed and delivered in line with firm policy, regulatory obligations, and control standards.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and trade-offs, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform modernization, resiliency, and scalability.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and instrumentation (e.g., usage, conversion, task completion, advisor efficiency, client engagement), using data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Influence platform direction and integration patterns across channels and systems, including data flows, identity/access, workflow orchestration, and interoperability with upstream/downstream platforms.
  • Contribute to product talent development through mentoring, setting quality bars for product discovery and delivery practices, and promoting disciplined execution.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise platforms and/or digital products, with demonstrated ownership of roadmap, prioritization, and delivery outcomes.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms and advisor-facing workflows, including lead/opportunity management, client interaction history, next-best-action, and workflow automation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority across Technology, Design, Data, Operations, and Control Partners.
  • Demonstrated interest in and/or hands-on experience with AI/ML product capabilities, including generative AI, natural language processing, predictive models, or intelligent automation, with the ability to translate AI opportunities into user-facing product value.
  • Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, interpret performance data, and translate insights into product decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment with disciplined governance, risk management, and audit readiness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering products in wealth management, brokerage, or advisor-led distribution environments, with familiarity in advisor desktop ecosystems and client engagement tooling.
  • Experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features (e.g., next-best-action engines, intelligent summarization, conversational AI, or recommendation systems) within enterprise or financial services environments.
  • Experience with platform modernization, API-based integration patterns, and data-centric product capabilities (e.g., customer 360, eventing, identity, consent, entitlements).
  • Track record of scaling product delivery through clear operating models, backlog hygiene, stakeholder routines, and release readiness.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and iterative delivery approaches that maintain high control standards (e.g., controlled pilots, feature flags, segmented rollouts).
