Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. This is a permanent, direct hire position near Lionville, PA. Candidates must be able to get on site for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement strategic projects for networking infrastructure growth.
- Support LAN/WAN activities, including server, cloud, software, and hardware administration.
- Ensure timely project implementation following ITIL processes.
- Create and deliver project plans, reports, and documentation.
- Act as project manager/technical lead.
- Analyze software/hardware needs with business units.
- Test and document updates and new modules.
- Cross-train staff on new technologies.
- Optimize network performance with vendors.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Provide Level 3 support for escalated Help Desk tickets.
- Maintain professional skills and confidentiality.
- 5+ years in banking, networking, or project management.
- MCSE Certification required; other certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
