Job Summary:

The Oracle EBS Technology Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the EBS modules including Warehouse Management, Order Management, iStore, and Inventory Management. With a hybrid work model and a focus on day shifts, the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of these systems to enhance business operations. The role requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in relevant fields, ensuring the candidate is well-versed in managing complex business processes and driv 3.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the implementation and management of EBS-Warehouse Management to ensure efficient inventory control and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance EBS-Order Management processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage the EBS-iStore platform to provide a seamless online shopping experience for customers, optimizing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead efforts to streamline EBS-Inventory Management, ensuring accurate stock levels and reducing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to EBS modules, minimizing downtime and maintaining system integrity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes using EBS solutions, driving operational excellence.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for EBS enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing EBS systems effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of EBS modules in meeting business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all EBS-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing EBS-iStore, ensuring a user-friendly online shopping environment.
  • Exhibit expertise in EBS-Inventory Management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
